In some instances, a visitor journey cannot be tracked. This is most common on visits from some iOS devices whose default setting is “Do Not Track” (link: What this essentially means is that Beacon will see a visit from a “Do Not Track” device and count it as such, but we are not able to access the following user journey as a result of this setting.

Whenever a journey visit cannot be tracked due to this setting being switched on, we will report it so you know that the journey may not have ended on the first page the visitor entered on.
