If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you’ll know that we are constantly developing, refining, and improving our app and listening closely to our clients to create a product that addresses their needs.
Working with our agency clients, we’ve reimagined the Beacon dashboard, bringing in the key data and campaign success insights to where it matters the most.
At-a-glance campaign success
Our new conversion funnel is a quick visual to show you how your digital marketing campaigns are converting. Giving you an at-a-glance view of how things are going, it also provides the opportunity to drill down into the results of each campaign during a given time period.
Control your campaigns
Our marketing agency clients have expressed the need for more control over their digital campaigns – particularly the tracking of the start and end dates – as link clicks and unexpected activity can happen outside the specified active campaign times, and this click data can often muddy the waters and make reporting more frustrating. Beacon solves this by letting you control the window of time in which we track, log and report link clicks.
Have your say!
If you’re a Beacon customer and we haven’t already spoken with you yet about these ongoing improvements, we want to hear from you.
When you next log into your Beacon account, you won’t immediately see the new and improved dashboard. Rather you’ll have a pink bar at the top that invites you to try the new dashboard in beta mode, and give us some feedback.
As a thank you for using the new dashboard and giving us your thoughts, we’ll give you a free copy of our new favourite book, Advertising For Skeptics by Bob Hoffman. Hoffman’s book provides a critical analysis on the state of digital marketing, and backs up great deal of what we at Beacon have been saying (and proving with data) for a couple of years.
If you work in digital marketing, we think you’ll love this book, so we are happy to share this with you as a thank you for being involved in the development of the platform that shines a light on the, shall we say, less than truthful aspects of digital marketing.
Please give it a try and let us know what you think. We will be rolling this out as the de facto Dashboard in mid-July (and removing the old dash), so now is your chance to have your say on the way it will be.
